Auburn transfer Jordan Price heads to La Salle

Former Auburn small forward Jordan Price will transfer to La Salle. As a freshman last season Price averaged 5.4 points in just under 15 minutes per game for the Tigers. Price will have three years of eligibility remaining after sitting out the 2013-14 season due to NCAA transfer rules.

At 6'5 215 lbs, Price was a 4-star recruit in the 2012 class out of Southwest Dekalb High School in Georgia. At that time Price also had offers from Memphis, Georgia Tech and Mississippi. Known as a good 3 point shooter,  Price's departure to join the Explorers in Philadelphia helps clear the way for six incoming Auburn recruits for next season and gets the Tigers back under the NCAA's 13 scholarship limit.
