Darryl Reynolds offered by 'Nova, Utah

Darryl Reynolds, a 6'8" power forward and sought after recruit for Worcester Academy in the class of 2013, has received offers from Villanova and Utah.

Reynolds, who also holds an offer from Seton Hall, could stay close to his hometown of Bala Cynwyd and add a local talent to Villanova on the Main Line in suburban Philadelphia. More importantly, however, Reynolds would provide needed height for the Wildcats who currently have only one player taller than 6'7" or greater on next year's roster (then to be sophomore Daniel Ochefu). As Villanova enters play in the reshaped Big East conference next season, the Wildcats will most likely contend for the Big East title regardless of depth at the Center position.
