Blue chip prospect Aaron Gordon to announce his college decision at McDonald’s AA Game


Aaron Gordon (2013) of Archbishop Mitty High School (CA) will announce his college decision at the 2013 McDonald’s All American Game.  The 6’9” Gordon will be deciding between Kentucky, Arizona, Washington and Oregon. This year's 36th edition of the McD AA game will be played April 3rd at the United Center in Chicago and televised live at 9:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.


Gordon’s Archbishop Mitty High School defeated Sheldon High School of Sacramento 70-50 in the Northern California Regional Basketball Championship at Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento on Saturday. Gordon led the way with 29 points and 22 rebounds. After the win, Gordon was seen chatting and hugging with University of Washington head coach Lorenzo Romar. Longtime Cal-Hi Sports editor Mark Tennis said Gordon is the best Northern California high school basketball player since Jason Kidd, who won back-to-back D-I state titles in 1991 and ’92. Gordon is on his way to becoming a two-time Cal-Hi Sports State Player of the Year with one of the most decorated careers in state history.
