Indiana & Louisville lead for Australia’s Dante Exum

ESPN’s Chad Ford reports that Indiana and Louisville lead to land blue chip prospect 2014 Dante Exum from the Australian Institute of Sport (Australia).

The 6-foot-4, 170-pound guard, a native of East Melbourne, Australia, is a big, smooth guard with tremendous ball-handling skills and creativity. He has outstanding talent and is a clear-cut NBA prospect like his father Cecil who played on North Carolina’s 1982 NCAA Championship team and was drafted in the ninth round of the 1984 NBA Draft by the Denver Nuggets. Exum, who turned 17 in July, made his presence known on the international scene with some dominant performances in the FIBA U17 Championships in Kaunas, Lithuania where he averaged 17.2 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game including a 21-point effort against a United States team featuring No. 1 2014 point guard Tyus Jones.
